Thank you for shopping with Coeur SEC. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
⏳ Return Window
- We accept returns within 14–30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Sale / Clearance items
- Custom or personalized items
📦 Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
💰 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a discount code was used, refunds apply only to the amount paid after the discount.
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges may be offered if the item is still in stock.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
- For incorrect or damaged items, please send clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos so we can assist you immediately.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We will help guide you but cannot provide refunds for deliveries confirmed as delivered.
⚠️ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing or shipped.
